Located in the historic Munro Block (circa 1909) in beautiful downtown Pembroke Ontario, Canada. Opened in March 2001, Victoria Rose provides a relaxing and elegant atmosphere for lunch or afternoon tea. As part of your experience, you will enjoy the linen, beautiful china and quiet ambience.

Friday and Saturday nights or privately for larger groups Monday to Thursday. A romantic five course dinner awaits you.

Using fresh seasonal ingredients our specialties include delicious quiches, sandwiches, soups and salads. Remember also, our outstanding High Tea and desserts which include our world famous butter tarts. These selections are prepared or baked on the premises using old and much loved, family recipes.

In addition, our tea menu features over 30 varieties of tea, all served in china teapots. Ask your hostess about purchasing a Gift Certificate. Come in and try our famous Carrot Soup and Orange Poppy Seed Salad. Check out our Flavour Board as the flavours change daily.

On your Birthday a complimentary Ginger Puff Dessert will be provided, so be sure to let your Hostess know.
